Legal information
Terms &
Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of whitehallwealthmanagement.com (the “Website”), including all information, materials, interactive planning tools and investor-portal interfaces made available through it. References to “Whitehall”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Whitehall Wealth Management. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is provided for general information and introductory purposes only. Its content is not intended to constitute, and should not be construed as, personal financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice; an investment recommendation; or an offer, solicitation or invitation to acquire, dispose of or enter into any investment, financial product or regulated service. Independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances should be obtained before any financial decision is made.
3. No adviser-client relationship
Accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, using a planning tool or viewing the investor-portal interface does not of itself create an adviser-client, fiduciary, contractual or other professional relationship between you and Whitehall. Any services that may subsequently be provided will be subject to eligibility and onboarding requirements and will be governed exclusively by separate written terms of engagement, together with any applicable regulatory disclosures.
4. Investment risk
The value of investments and any income derived from them may fall as well as rise, and an investor may receive back less than the amount originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Tax treatment, investment outcomes and the availability of particular products or services depend upon individual circumstances and may be subject to change.
5. Planning tools and illustrative calculations
The Wealth Builder, compound-interest calculator and any other interactive tools on the Website generate simplified illustrations using assumptions selected by the user. Their outputs are hypothetical and do not constitute forecasts, guarantees, valuations, financial plans or personalised recommendations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, calculations do not take account of market volatility, investment losses, fees, charges, taxation, inflation, withdrawals or changes in the timing of contributions. No financial decision should be made solely in reliance upon an illustrative output.
6. Accuracy, completeness and availability
We take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the Website. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, no representation, warranty or assurance is given that its content is complete, accurate, current, suitable for any particular purpose or continuously available. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the Website at any time and without prior notice.
7. Permitted use
The Website may be used only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any connected system; introduce malicious or harmful code; interfere with the Website’s security, integrity or operation; conduct automated or large-scale extraction of its content; impersonate another person; or use any part of the Website in a manner that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of another party.
8. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights in the Website and its design, branding, text, graphics, software, calculations and other content are owned by or licensed to Whitehall. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. No content may otherwise be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party websites and services
The Website may contain links to, or make use of, websites, content and technology supplied by third parties. Such third-party resources are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement, approval or recommendation.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitehall shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance upon general Website content or an illustrative calculation; any interruption, error or unavailability affecting the Website; loss of profit, business, opportunity, goodwill or data; or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that may apply to you.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected, used and protected. Where the Website uses non-essential cookies or similar technologies, information and appropriate choices will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
12. Amendments
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, our services, applicable law, regulation or business practices. Any revised terms will take effect when published on the Website, and the date displayed above will be updated accordingly.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure or delay by us in exercising a right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject always to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
